“2018 NPU 1st Session International Winter School ”will be held on December 28,2017 at Northwestern Polytechnical University. More than 100 international students will come at that time. Now we plan to recruit 40 volunteers from our university.
Requirements:
1.Current students of Northwestern Polytechnical University
2.No restriction on the nationality, gender, major and grade.
3.Good command of both English and Mandarin
4.Volunteers should have the dedication spirit, service consciousness, team spirit, responsibility, organization and coordination capacity, interpersonal skills and reaction capability.
Job Content:
1.Pick-up and drop-off students at the airport.
2.Escort and offering explanation during students’ visit and cultural experience
3.Accomplish the work assigned by teachers
4.Responsible for Contacting with students, teachers and volunteers.
Food, accommodation and transportation:
Food and accommodation will not be provided during the winter school. But there will be some duty rooms in the international students apartment of Youyi campus for volunteers to have a rest. After the winter school, volunteers with good behavior will get a volunteer certification.
Working Time:
December 28th, 2017-January 12th, at least three working days.
